During this programme, we will learn how to recognise and manage our negative stress, how to relax, how to reduce their physical tension, fear and pain. We will learn how to use the healing power of mindfulness in combination with deep relaxation, body scan, meditation, and breathing.

MBSR is a method developed by Ion Kabat-Zinn 25 years ago. It is being applied today with great success in hundreds of clinics worldwide. Scientific research has shown that this method has a positive effect on a number of disorders. It empowers and gives you tools to take responsability for your own well-being.
