All ngöndro practitioners and instructors are warmly invited to this ngöndro practice and study retreat. Whether you are doing the Rigden (Shambhala) or Kagyü ngöndro, whether you are counting or doing it by time, whether you are inspired or not, all are welcome.

There will be two sessions of group ngöndro practice per day, study time, talks, and discussion based upon tapes and transcripts of teachings from both Sakyongs. Participants are welcome to attend all or part of the retreat.

Upon registration, participants will receive a list of texts or materials to bring.

This group retreat will fulfill part of the month long group retreat requirement for the practice of Ngöndro.

Please register before June 5, 2010. If you wait too long to register, the DCL hospitality team may not be able to provide you with a space.
