Winter retreat: Ngöndro Intensive

A programme of intensive group practice for Kagyü or Primordial Rigden Ngöndro . There will be talks on view, meditation, and action related to all four stages of ngöndro.

This will be an auspicious time to gather as a Shambhala Vajrayana community.

You are welcome to attend for only one week. Arrival days for the programme are December 26 and January 3.
