Dechen Chöling cordially invites you to a "Weekend with the Rinpoches". Attend the first weekend of the Gesar Festival, connect with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, His Eminence Namkha Drimed Rinpoche and Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche, while receiving a brief taste of the Gesar of Ling teachings. This is a special last minute offering!

Special Opportunity

Enjoy a unique weekend of spending time with great teachers and their families. Since the wedding of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and Khandro Tseyang Palmo, this is the first time that the sanghas of Shambhala and His Eminence Namkha Drimed Rinpoche and Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche will come together.

Please note that the Gesar Festival is the last time, until 2011, that the Sakyong will teach a public programme in Europe. In 2009, he will only come to Europe for the Vajrayana Seminary and the Garchen Retreat, which is open only to Vajrayana students of the Sakyong. In 2010, the Sakyong will be on a personal retreat. Take advantage of this offering to develop a closer connection with the Sakyong during the Gesar Festival. See you there!

Price Information

The price for the weekend is 110 Euro plus 60 Euro for food and accommodation. If you bring your own tent your discount is 10 Euro.
