Winter retreat: Shamatha-vipashyana Intensive

December 26, 2008 - January 3, 2009

with Tessa Isabelle Racine

Meditation opens up new horizons and possibilities that enable us to connect to the world and the present moment. Through this practice, we can learn to slow down and encounter ourselves in a new way. The meditation technique helps us to explore gently the landscape of our mind, so that every moment becomes an opportunity to make friends with ourselves, and the world as it is. Then we can also become more available to others. During this one-week retreat, we will invite you to discover and experience the practice of meditation. There will be periods of speech and silence, sitting and walking meditation, talks, discussion groups, one-to-one interviews with instructors, and strolls in the beautiful Limousin countryside.

This programme is specially designed for beginners, but is also very suitable for more advanced students who wish to deepen their practice and understanding of meditation.

Registration is already closed for this program.
